TaskFlow collects the minimum data needed to run the app:

  • Account: email address and identifier, if you create an account.
  • Content: the tasks and reminders you create, to sync them across your devices.
  • Technical data: device information and anonymized error logs.

2. How we use data

Your data is used only to:

  • provide and sync the service;
  • improve stability and performance;
  • send you the reminders you configured.

We never sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Data may be processed by our technical subprocessors (hosting, notifications), solely to operate the app, under confidentiality commitments.

4. Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your associated data.
